Overview
The Wellness Check app was an internal request to make an app for both iOS and Android using CDC guidelines to screen employees for COVID-19. The time I had to work on the app was little over a week, starting on Saturday and a week and 3 days later. As a result the design process was sped up to hyper speed.  Down the line it was slated to be used as a white label tool to sell to other companies.
Process
Once the request was made the first thing I had to do was to decide how to organize the information I was given into logical flow. In the process of organizing information I wrote down questions to ask the stakeholders in a follow up meeting to fine tune the experience.
After mapping out the information I then drew out all the necessary screens along with some basic information as a guide for my high-fi wireframes.

Developer Feedback
The final step was for me to give feedback to the developers. I made a side by side diagram of the app design and the actual build and pointed out the errors (regardless of how small) to make sure that the app was as close to design as possible. Most of the errors were with type and spacing but, too small type can make a BIG difference.
Manager Desktop & Mobile Site View
The user base consisted of both Managers and Employees. There was desktop site view and a mobile web view to see location statistics such as employee status, trends and visits from vendors.
