Novo Nordisk Patient Portal

The Novo Nordisk Patient Portal is a system that allows patients to apply for financial assistance on medications. For this project there was a quick turn around. My task was to redesign the flow for user interactions by creating a “wizard” that guides the user step-by-step to reduce calls to customer service. Designed in 2025.
